Tacos:
- 25 corn tortillas
- 250 g boneless pork shoulder
- 3 yellow onions (chopped)
- Fresh cilantro
- 10 limes
- ½ Pineapple (in small pieces)
The simple Steps:
- Rub It In: Blend everything for the rub until smooth. It's the key to success!
- Marinate: Slice your pork and coat it generously in the rub.
- Sear & Slice: Cook the pork until slightly charred on both sides. Thinly slice it and give it a final sear for that bit of a crunchy feel.
- Warm Up the Tortillas: Toast your tortillas on a pan, 10 seconds per side, flip twice.
- Taco Time! Fill your tortillas with pork, a piece or two of pineapple, onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
